Resumo: | The debate about diversity in Brazil has been at the core of the discussions of the various social actors who have been fighting for the guarantee of rights and facing deep inequalities and injustices experienced by groups with a history of discrimination and social exclusion. More recently, the theme was incorporated into the corporation social responsibility agenda and began to be discussed by significant portions of the Brazilian business. This thesis analyzes the process of insertion and presence of the issue of diversity in the social enterprise agenda, taking as exemplary case the Program Singulares, developed by Philips of Brazil. Regarding methodological treatment, we performed an exploratory study, supported in literature, documental research with the company investigated and semi-structured interviews in an attempt to verify how the debate is being handled by the organization. |
