Resumo: | The present work is the result of a research about O livro das mil e uma noites, an anonymous literary work, and O lapis do carpinteiro, written by Manuel Rivas. It is also a study of their discourses. It seeks to analyze, defend and confirm how their authors, through their narratives, demonstrate how important is telling something as a discourse of life and death of the memory of a identity This research has ideas of discourse analysis as theoretical basis, inspired by Mikhail Bakhtin and Paul Zumthor s thoughts. The analysis way comprehends three moments: in the first one, there is a study about the narrators of such works. Thus, it s possible to understand the production conditions of the act of enunciation. In the second moment, there is an analysis of structure in these literary works to identify oral features that shape the written text. In the third moment, the narrative-men are analyzed: ahrāzād and Lapis as spines of each studied discourse. ahrāzād, as well as Lapis, is clever. Both use their voices. She is the in-praesentia voice; he, as a fruit of modernity, is the metaphor of the voice. Both of them must have voice to question and change, to prolong the night and find a way to re-exist. |
