Resumo: This dissertation aimed to make a comparative analysis of the requirements of a social responsible integrated management system, based in the integration of the standards NBR ISO 9001:2000, NBR ISO 14001:1996, OHSAS 18001:1999 e SA 8000:2001, with the processes of the management guide of projects more used as current reference, the PMBOK® (A Guide to the Project Management Body Of Knowledge). With the increasing stress in the organizations to produce more results with smaller financial resources, several of them are realizing their integrated management systems as an excellent opportunity to reduce costs with the development and maintenance of separated systems. Additionally, in order to survive and prosper, the organizations often need to modify their services and products. The projects are the usual way for which these modifications bring effects. How much greater the change, more modifications and, consequently, more projects appear. In the work is made a comparative analysis of the requirements of the standards of the social accountability management system with the requirements of the standards of the quality, environmental, safety and occupational health management systems, identifying, in the end of the analysis, the necessary requirements to the achievement of a social responsible integrated management system. Afterwards, it is presented a comparative analysis of the requirements of said social responsible integrated management system, with the PMBOK® processes, identifying, in the end of the analysis, the necessary processes and requirements to the achievement of an integrated global management system. In the conclusions are presented the possible advantages to be obtained with the use of the aforesaid integrated global management system, some comments related to the importance of the inclusion of the social component in the integration process and, finally, some suggestions for future studies
