Resumo: This research investigates possible relationships between the manifestations of graffiti and issues such as pre-determined territories for analysis, within the municipality of Vitória. Therefore, the principle seeks to reflect on the walls and their role in contemporary society, seeking to understand their duality as an element that materializes segregation in the urban space and as a support for graffiti artists, facilitating actions, in turn, allows us some considerations. Such graphic actions potentialize the possibilities of the walls’ meaning, beyond segregation; they are structures that speak, show and dispute territories and discourses. In addition to theoretical references to support the research, four Administrative Regions of Vitória-ES were delimited: Goiabeiras, Jardim Camburi, Jardim da Penha and Maruípe. With this delimitation, two photographic survey approaches were carried out: through 1) field visit, carried out quickly and practically, due to the need for social isolation as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, and 2) the establishment of a collaborative network, with a contribution of photographs kindly taken by residents and / or regulars of the regions studied. Through them, we trace possible relationships between these places and the graffiti found in each region, also carrying out memory cartographies of the experience as a whole.
