Resumo: In this study assure a Work Psychology committed to strengthen the construction of other ways of working and living. We follow the direction of building ways of searching that seek to encourage the establishment of new ways of working, expanding the action power of workers on their own work. The issues raised here were incited by an experimentation in analyzing the work of teaching. This experience was built along with teachers from a public school of Vitória-ES. This is a intervention-research that take as principle as that analyzing work is not limited to analytical views constructed from a distance of the complexity engendered where work happens. As a strategy to transform-understand relations involving work and education, we propose a methodological research direction that articulates research and intervention in a direction to dialogue, the interchange between different knowledges in order to strengthen strategies used by workers to deal with the variability of work situations. With that goal we dare to produce new connections between knowledges of Work Psychology in our search for new paths. This study brings the contribution of the Clinic of Activity as an important methodological tool for thinking about the issue of activity and subjectivity at work, linking it to the design of a Clinic as clinamen, which allowed us to focus on creative affirmation of the power of workers to transform their own activity. Therefore, we launched the challenge of cartographing this experience in order to seek new directions that could constitute new possibilities about teaching. Our analyses were held together with a group of teachers when experiencing a dispositive as a Workshop of Pictures. From this shared experience we believe that the analysis of the teaching activity worked as a possibility of clinical intervention which is as a bet for the production of other practices for Work Psychology.
