Resumo: Espírito Santo is the highlight among the Brazilian states that produce conilon coffee (Coffea canephora), with about 80% of the national production, and this production is concentrated in the North region, with emphasis on the agricultural production of the region, being one of the main sources of income and employment. The spraying of pesticides and agricultural fertilizers by means of unmanned aerial vehicles is an important technology to provide efficient and effective applications of these products. As it is a technology with very high and diversified potential, the use of these vehicles in agriculture has increased considerably. The objective of the first chapter, the bibliometric review, was chosen because it is a planned method, which makes it possible to collect, select and critically analyze studies. The sources of a bibliometrics study are, therefore, articles from original studies available in a database. A search was carried out in the Scopus database with the terms Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, Unmanned Aircraft System, Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Drone. In order to restrict the search to terms related to agriculture, the terms Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Crops, Farm and Tillage were used; and finally the terms Pesticides and Fertlizers, restricting them to publications related to studies with pesticides and agricultural fertilizers. Only records in English from the period 2012 and 2022 were selected and the VOSviewer software was used for the scientometric analyses. The bibliometric analysis presents results that indicate the need for investments in research on the use of UAVs in the application of pesticides and agricultural fertilizers in developing countries, Brazil stands out, for having the agricultural sector responsible for approximately 33% of the product gross domestic product and to be one of the largest agricultural producers in the world. The objective of the second chapter was to define the best combinations of rotation of the centrifugal system of application of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the flight height for application, in order to obtain an efficiency in the quality of agricultural foliar fertilizer droplets deposited on conilon coffee leaves. The experiment was carried out on a rural property located in the municipality of Vila Pavão, northwest region of the State of Espírito Santo. To verify the homogeneity and normality of the residues, the test of and Shapiro Wilk, respectively, was applied. Data transformation was performed when necessary, followed by analysis of variance, applying Tukey's test. All tests were performed using the Rbio software, considering a 5% significance level. At a height of 2.0 meters in a rotation of 10,000 rpm, it obtained satisfactory values of coverage and droplet deposition on the target.
