Resumo: The distribution network reconfiguration is a very important subject from the costumer´s point of view as well as from the concessionaire´s point of view, since it meets criteria that interest both sides, such as number of attended customers, active power losses, voltage and current levels, network topology, number of key maneuvers, among other relevant targets. Several methods have been developed in order to find the optimal configuration for the system, however, most of them do not consider system´s indicators such as the individual interruption duration per consumer unit (DIC), the individual interruption frequency per consumer unit or connection point (FIC), maximum continuous interruption duration per consumer unit or connection point (DMIC); Which can causes fines for the concessionaire if their limits are not respected. This work presents a methodology for the reconfiguration of distribution networks, basically consisting of the determination of the switches that must be operated to allow the transfer of load blocks in order to connect consumers of this network, adding in the objective function the operational constraints of the system, FIC. In order to deal with the multiple objectives and constraints of the distribution network reconfiguration problem, the proposed methodology will be based on the Tabu Search Algorithm. At the end of the work, simulations will be performed in a distribution network in order to validate the presented method.
