Resumo: To analyze the costs of production activity of eucalyptus wood Forestry Partners Program in the State of the Holy Spirit, we assessed the costs of deployment, maintenance, harvesting and transportation. The information related to the activities and data of deployment costs, maintenance, harvesting and transportation were obtained through interviews with landowners encouraged the company Fibria S. A. providers and forestry services distributed in the State of Espírito Santo. Obtained data acreage, costs of the integral stages of the deployment process, maintenance, harvesting and transportation, distance from the production area to the storage yard timber, average productivity per hectare and average price per cubic meter of eucalyptus wood in year 2013. We conducted an individualized analysis of the costs of implementation, maintenance, harvesting and transportation and their respective contributions to the total cost of the activity and the estimation of economic activity indicators. It was observed in all scenarios analyzed the stages of harvesting and transportation costs showed the most expressive in the production process, representing percentage of the total cost ranging from 68,06 to 71,44%, followed by the deployment phases and phase income factors (opportunity cost of the land), respectively. According to the economic indices of investment in reforestation activity via mode woodlot presented itself as a viable alternative in all situations observed.
