Resumo: How have we been building life together with others as legitimate others? How have care practices been confronting the radical difference? These questions drive this dissertation. In occupying with the questioning of the effects of locking and distancing approaches in relation with the different and the difference in the contemporary, this work also insists on exercises of resistance such as thinking and cultivating care practices in conversational and comanagement networks. It does so with a cartographic and interventive approach, analyzing the process here called the framing of a life as the major effect and cause of the difficulties and stiffness which are present in our relationships with the world, others and ourselves. This process is actualized by normalizing, infantilizing, shaming and intolerance-driven attitudes, as well as by hardening identities. From this analysis, together with the Autonomous Medication Management (GAM) strategy and its guiding principles of co-management and autonomy, this research – which was built alongside a group of family members of children and adolescents who attend the Center for Psychosocial Care of Vitória/ES (CAPSi/ES) – has invested in co-management and participation processes which, in this work, are realized by the building and strengthening of conversational networks. The exercise of conversation as an ethos in the present days opens up to a type of singular attention and to the welcoming and nurturing of foreign and disruptive margins which, confronted with the narrowing and limiting of life, make it possible to create existence as singularizing processes through the cracks on the walls.
