Resumo: This report is proposed to present the resolution of a post-tensioned flat slab set with unbonded tendons, mainly covering layouts of tendons, calculation models and design strips options for floor analysis. The dimensioning regarding the ultimate limit state and service is based on NBR 6118:2014, however, there are some requirements from ACI 318-11 and ACI 423.3R-05, which show relevance towards this report aim. The dimensioning is restricted to flexion, not including the punching shear effect. The slab analysis occurs by means of grid analogy, in terms of the commercial program CAD/TQS, as well as multiple frames’ method regarding the FTOOL program. Both the grid method and frames, the inserting of all operating loads occurs, including the equivalent post-tensioned loads. It was concluded that the banded and distributed tendon layout presented advantages in relation to distribution of bending moments and deflections of the slab. The balancing for 60% of the dead load resulted in partial post-tension, but since cracking occurred only near the supports, the deflection analysis considering gross inertia proved enough. The difference in reinforcement consumption between calculation models was up to 22%.
