Resumo: | It is concerned to The Education Television of the Espírito Santo State journalistic Program "People on TV" that was innovative for its interactivity and its community ‘s journalism. It was the first capixaba program able to make outside the studio’s live transmissions. It shows that the program was used as a strategy of public communication for bringing the governor Albuíno Azeredo with the poor who elected him. First black governor and humble origin, Albuíno Azeredo has failed to fulfill campaign pledges of investment in education. It uses oral history methodology and Carlo Ginzburg’s evidence method to recover this story. The theoretical reference is based on Pierre Bourdieu, Jünger Habermas from the vision of Mauro Wilton and Wilson Gomes, Georges Balandier, Michel de Certeau and Antonio Gramsci. The needy communities found in it the way of transposing the bureaucracy in addition to reach and press the authorities for improvements in the neighborhoods. The program has become a public square media. |
