Resumo: This research investigates the working relationship between the Physical Education Teachers and their respective Educators from the perspective that each one have about the Physical Education in school culture, aiming understand how the working relationship is presented in the speeches of these subjects as influential in pedagogical practice at the Physical Education Teacher. We identify the existence of different meanings attributed to physical education and realize difficulties at the working relationship, which can influence the pedagogical practice at this curricular component. The investigation process was developed through qualitative study, interpretive descriptive, being held from different techniques of obtaining / building data, which were analyzed by content analysis technique. Therefore, it was necessary appropriation concept of School Culture as presented by the French sociologist Jean Claude Forquin, from the understanding of the existence of two types of culture, "school culture" and "culture of the school" as the expansion of knowledge regarding the role of the Educator and the existing debate in the area of initial training in Pedagogy. The study highlighted the need to carry out actions such as seminars, continuing education, working groups, involving the Teachers of Physical Education and their respective Educators, enabling the production of new knowledge in order to qualify the pedagogical practices in physical education in school culture . Hopefully, with this research, contribute to the expansion of knowledge in the fields of Education, Physical Education and school culture.
