Resumo: | The pulp and paper segment is among the largest consumers of biomass and energy industry, according to research by the Energy Research Company (EPE). In 2015, the pulp and paper industry accounted for 20.4% of total primary energy consumed by the industry. Within these primary energies are black liquor produced in the process and biomass in general. Inthis context, this paper analyzes a system whose function is to meet the demands of thermal, mechanical and electrical energy of a pulp and paper industry. Thermoeconomic analysis was performed using cost allocation models applied with four termoeconômicos (Model Theory of Exergetic Cost, ModelE, Model H&S and Model UFS) in order to determine the exergetic unit cost of the final products of the plant. In search of improvement of energy conversion systems and mitigating losses in the use of primary resources, with the results obtained in analyzes presented in this paper, we can evaluate and discuss the possibilities of investments and process improvements. In addition to this work aims to analyze the thermal efficiency based on the second law of thermodynamics with comparing a exergoeconômico model used by Silva (2002) |
