Resumo: | It will be presented the planning and execution of a didactic intervention to approach topics of biochemistry and thermodynamics in a group of Education of Young and Adult. The didactic intervention was divided into two phases, one in each semester. In the first phase were addressed essential contents for the scientific culture of any adult person. In the second semester a Potentially Meaningful Teaching Unit (PMTU) was applied, whose pedagogical structure has elements of Paulo Freire's pedagogy, Ausubel's learning theory and Vygodsky's socio-interactionist theory. The results obtained with the application of this PMTU suggest the feasibility of interdisciplinary pedagogical projects directed to this population, having as theoretical reference elements of the reflections of the scholars mentioned above. Students learns on important concepts for their daily life in a playful way that overcomes the fatigue of a day's work, and learns, through practical exercises, notions of methodological approaches, generally referred to as scientific procedures |
