It is a question of descriptive research, with Transactional Analysis approach. Negative feelings verbalized by women with fibromyalgia in the Outcome Clinics of pain were constant and, for a better understanding of this phenomenon it was looked for find some relationship among such feelings, the beliefs and fibromyalgia manifested by those women. it is supposed that these elements, targets of the research, are conecteds and dependents between them and that the fibromyalgia being a psychosomatic manifestation of the existences in the childhood and in the married life of the study's subject. It intends to study the relationships existent among those elements, with approach of the Rackets theory of Erskine and Zalcman. The collection of the empiric material happened in the period of August to September of 1999, being used of recorded interview, semi- structured and with the interviewees' consent. For the study of the fibromyalgia were quantified locatiõn of the painful points, the duration, the beginning, the quality and the relief factors and exacerbation. The beliefs and the feelings study were accomplished in the family and conjugate contexts, where they were identified the traumatic and picked situations the information for the socioeconomic profile. They were lifted up 20 life histories, being treated, analyzed, discussed and interpreted by the Analysis Transactional. For being the pain multidimensional, the results were contained in three different dimensions: physics, cognitive and affective. The hypotheses were confirmed, being verified situations of dominance of the family situation of childhood and in the married context, presupposing that the trauma of childhood has relationship with the somatization of the fibromyalgia. The relationships among the studied elements show that the women's repressed feelings in the childhood, beliefs of solemnity- depreciation valoratif and supeivalorization of the other ones and the submission conduct created feelings of disguises (frustration, resentment, accuses, powerless, depression and iiscourages). She views as submitted in the dominance's husband situation saw hers beliefs be confirmed and they started to manifest pain's behavior as a form of denouncing to the world, her pain face of the dominance situations. |
