The organizational environment of modern formal institutions is characterized by dynamically discontinuous changes. Such interactions, previously predominant in private organizations, have also become present in public institutions with the advancement of managerial administration. Managing resources, especially intangible ones, within the internal environment are essential for an organization to stand out and consolidate itself in the external environment. The study aims to diagnose knowledge management at the Parliament of the Amapá State in the perspective of its employees. Methodologically, in terms of the problem approach, it is a quantitative research; in relation to objectives, it is classified as descriptive; regarding technical procedures, it is characterized as a field survey. Data for this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed at Google Forms to all employees of the Parliament of the Amapá State. The study had contributions from 84 respondents exclusively holding career civil service positions and 44 respondents exclusively in advisory, managerial, or directorial roles, appointed and removable at will. Conclusions regarding the diagnosis of knowledge management at the Legislative Assembly of the Amapá State can be found in the corresponding results chapter. |
