Resumo: |
The research has as its main goal to promote insertion of Fedathi Sequence Methodology (FS) on teacher pedagogical work with the objective of contributing to reflexive teaching posture development on digital context. The research question is on traditional teaching formation while educational process center, situated in an instructional practice that contributes little to digital technology appropriation. Considering a FS referential methodology, we search to set up a connection with ideas of Donald Schön (2000) in order to discuss a reflexive practice. From investigation sequence, it was studied class dynamics, aggregating digital tools based upon reflexive teaching to allow an investigative learning of knowledge to lead student into protagonist in educational process. The research problem is: How FS, used on didactical and methodological organization of teaching work, contributes on teacher formation, to pedagogical use of digital technologies, in a sense that it can change traditional teaching posture to reflexive teaching? In that matter, we chose a qualitative nature research and a descriptive and interpretative approach, featured as a study case, having as subject a High School Mathematics teacher. This research had as its locus the Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará (IFCE), Fortaleza Campus. The investigation took place in three phases: observation of teacher during classes at Educational Computer Laboratory (ECL) using digital technologies (software Winplot); teacher formation subsidized by FS and observation of teacher posture during didactical sequences after formation. As a data collection technique, it was used direct observation, videos of classes and teacher semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed on content considering three basic steps: a pre-analysis, analytical data description and result treatment, involving inference and interpretation. From teacher talk and actions during investigative process, it was possible to indentify research analysis categories. The study was based upon FS methodology on authors such as (SOUSA et al. 2013), (ALVES, 2011), (JUCÁ, 2011), (SOUZA, 2010), (ROCHA, 2008; 2006), (BORGES NETO et al., 2007); (ALARCÃO, 2011), (WEBER & BEHRENS, 2010), (PERRENOU, 2002) and (ZEICHNER, 1993), the ones who deal with reflexive teaching formation, (KENSKI, 2007), (BORGES NETO, 1999), (VALENTE & ALMEIDA, 1997), the ones who approach digital technologies on teaching. The results proved the hypothesis of this thesis that “insertion of Fedathi Sequence Methodology, on pedagogical teaching work contributes to develop of traditional teaching posture as a reflexive teacher. On that perspective, we realize that FS besides allowing all didactical working process of a teacher, beginning from teaching preparation sequence, studying and resource evaluation to its execution, is an efficient means to end class improvisation. |
