Resumo: The objective of this thesis is to map relationships between violence and access to health care practices in the territory of the Family Health Strategy. The research was qualitative approach and as a method mapping. In the analysis we draw a rhizome with a field diary, photographs, material produced by the workshops and the philosophy of difference of Deleuze and Guattari. The territory was charted Ceará bar on the outskirts of the city of Fortaleza (CE), particularly the hill São Thiago. A dune deterritorialized-where young people practiced 'surf in the sand' and a busy reterritorializou-dune. Concepts of this framework guided us: desiring production, existential territories, dispossession, repossession, multiplicities, events, assemblages, becoming, lines of flight, crystallization lines, rhizome, refrain, access, from violence and critical distance. We work with workshops. We chose a peripatetic epistemological trajectory, nomadic: coming and going, talking. 'Up' the hill is a becoming, always coming and going. The health teams drew family since his arrival strategies to recognize and mark partnerships with existing resources in the community. We set the appropriation by the community of institutional spaces, through perception and disruption of power fields. Even territories without free access have lines of flight and become continuously. Barriers to access health team were marked and broken by creating links with the community: lines of flight. In deterritorialization and reterritorialization emerged new relations to live, share and also power. In the absence of state power other relationships emerged in white dune like a 'blank canvas'. Insertion into territory marked by violence practices needs a desiring production. Failure to understand that we are variation has perpetuated violence practices. Production to break these barriers, predictable and identifiable behaviors in a molar system is to score impermanence. The stiffness of the dualisms become foreseeable people in a world seemingly obvious and so it is easy to manipulate them. Access to health care in Goiabeiras is constantly built, troubled, demolished and rebuilt.
