Resumo: The current survey is regarding organizational communication. Its main goal is to understand the perception of the internal public of the real state companies established in the state of Ceará, making a relation with the determinant factors of the communicational processes which contribute to a more efficient and effective internal communication. The theoretical substantiation has deepened subjects such as the evolution of the means of communication up to the arrival of the new technology, thus contributing to a reflection of the organizational communication subject in the approach of the theory of complexity, identifying the main concepts of subjects such as organizational communication, integrated communication, institutional communicational, communication of marketing and internal communication. The method of survey was also used, applied to the co-workers. The categorization, quantification and treatment of the results were a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. After the data analysis, it was observed that the internal public perceives that there is no relation between the internal communication and the institutional and marketing communication within the companies they work for. The internal public also notices that there is not a total relation between the discursive practices and the institutional actions. The result of the survey made clear the perception of the internal public regarding the importance of the informal internal communication as part of the organizational communication.
