Resumo: |
This dissertation investigates what is modified when the popular communication acquires sense from mediations that are part of the Vila Noticia newspaper. This question became the central goal of the scientific research that I present. The categories Popular Communication, Basic Ecclesial Communities and Entrepreneurship are pointed in the dissertation to reflect on the experience of communication lived in Vila Velha neighborhood, located in the west of Fortaleza. This neighborhood is traditionally marked by shortages in the areas of education, health, security and social inclusion policies. It is also a purpose of this research to set the birth place of the newspaper Vila Noticia, analyzing the production process, the content and to relate the trajectory of life of communicators who are part of the newspaper, also highlighting the experience that they have in the neighborhood. In this study, therefore, theory and methodology walk together and linked. Thus, this paper discusses how the reflections about ethnographic, anthropological interviews, participant observation and life stories were instrumental in this research. It is within this context that the proposed research develops a theoretical-methodological approach to qualitative social relations that underlie the newspaper Vila Notícia. |
