Resumo: |
Faced with the constant changes in the teaching process in the nursing field in recent years, information and communication technologies (ICTs) have become increasingly common in classrooms as teaching resources that assist in the learning process. To keep up with educational trends in Nursing and in the field of scientific research, it has aimed to construct and validate an educational hypermedia as an educational teaching resource about non-invasive oxygen therapy in pediatrics. For theoretical background it used the theory of Vygotsky Social Interaction. Methodological study for the development of a hypermedia, using the methodological framework proposed by Falkembach, which establishes five stages: analysis and planning, modeling, implementation, evaluation and maintenance and distribution. The first four steps for the construction and the appearance of validation and content of hypermedia were contemplated. It considered the Content Validity Index (CVI) and settled an agreement of 85% between content experts to consider valid hypermedia. In the analysis stage and planning were established: the theme noninvasive oxygen therapy in pediatrics; and hypermedia objectives, namely: review relevant aspects of anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system and describe the main non-invasive oxygen therapy procedures used in pediatrics. Hypermedia is directed to nursing students, nurses and mid-level nursing professionals working in pediatrics. The survey content was performed from the books of consultation texts and scientific articles. In the modeling step was the construction of a road map detailing the division of content into modules and threads. Hypermedia has a total of three modules, they are: anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system; oxygen therapy: definitions and effects; and noninvasive oxygen therapy procedures. In the implementation stage took place the transfer of data to the computer. The hypermedia was developed in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 program Use this program was due to the ease of users to view files in the format provided for him. In the evaluation phase and maintenance 11 nursing experts validated the hypermedia in relation to four criteria: objectives, content, relevance and environment. All experts had assistance experience in the area of pediatrics and / or neonatology, the average years of experience was 7.5. In addition, 45.4% of the experts also worked in teaching. Nine (90.9%) had expertise in the area of pediatrics and 27.3% had a master's degree. The global IVC was 1, whereas all the experts considered quite suitable or totally appropriate questions. Thus, hypermedia was found to be valid with respect to appearance and content by nursing experts, becoming an educational resource that can be used at graduation to help students and teachers in teaching and learning about the thematic process, requiring, further clinical validation. It is expected that hypermedia provides the user with a reflective attitude, critical and scientific about their practice, enabling you to choose the best clinical decision for implementing oxygen therapy safely and effectively for themselves and the patient. |
