Resumo: Having the “Neumam System Model”, as the theoneticai basic where its main components, the stress and the reaction to stresseers colued be find, we try to idenbtify factores that threanten the studentts stability during the practice of the disciplines that introduces themselvs to the hospital activities as well as giving subsidies to the disciplines planning based in the primary secondary na tertianry leveis of prevention the study originaled from tentatives to understandth problematics of the reaction like euxiety, fear and others suposedly existinfg among the nursing students, concerning to the first praticai activities that interfere in the teaching learning process. The researd was developed irsing a questionnaire composed by open and close questions with 53 sudentes of two colleges in Fortaleza - Ceará - Brazil. In the studente we detected factiores as: anxiety, insecurity, alterations in the daily routine the hospital enviromment and the unknown nursing teaur, somentnus hotile, dealing with new and shocking situations, descompasso of the theory/pratice rekations hipthronghont the speech we percived that most of the time the relations of power between lecturer and student. Were predominant and that there lecturer have the traditional scool as their paradigm. Facing the results we conclude that the lecturer shoutd consider the factores caracterized in this study when they are planning the disciplines that introduce students in the hospital practice since twat do nat exint models for the interpersonal relation hips. Neveryheless if certain fundamental principies of humana relactions are respected the taeaching laming process will certainly be facilited.
