This work search to show the importance of the human capitaJ for the explanation economic growth among the municipal districts from ceará among the years from 1990 to 1999. For the explanation of the impact of the human capital in the economic growth were dear two models. The first model is based on the traditional neoclassical approach where the human capital participates more as an input the in the production function. The other model foJIows an aJtemative specification, takina as theoretical foundation the models of endogenous growth. The estimate of the two model was accomplished only using the method of ordinary square minimum that with correction for heteroskedasticity, through a regression lineaJ cross-section on the rate of growth of the grossdomestic product and per-capita. The found results show that the neoclassical specification is shown more adapted to explain the importance of the human capital in the economic growth among the municipal districts from ceará among the years of 1990 and 1999. The entitled approach of alternative didn't already present conclusive results for the municipal districts of the state of Ceará the it will will have dinner. |
