Resumo: In recent years, tourism presents itself as a multifaceted phenomenon and globalized character. Thus, tourism has several spatial aspects about their dynamics from the regional characteristics (differentiation and qualities of places, given the natural physiology as urban dynamics) as the metropolitan aspects (infrastructure concentration, urban and commercial services) or for aspects city-tour (locations that are born or are modified before the Tour, especially modified by spatial planning led by the State and the private sector). Thus, the research was based on three steps: a) the first, start by gathering and systematization of publications, documents, statistical and mapping; the second involves the construction of statistical database (in some cases, geo-referenced) on the addressed States and overall, the Northeast, and finally, the third, is characterized by theoretical and practical socio-spatial construction. And how in fact, to understand the Brazilian Northeast (as a region and as a space formed from their agents) need to understand the regional and metropolitan issues. Because it is from these dynamics that tourism presents itself as an economic activity widespread and planned by the Government and the private sector in various locations in the Northeast. It is from this regional-metropolitan dynamics that mainly will cover the cities of João Pessoa, Maceio and Aracaju, they are spaces that are metropolitan areas and feature the importance of metropolitan aspects (from cities close to them) as the regional dynamics (with speech and investments aimed at the Brazilian Northeast). From the regional and metropolitan dynamics related to these cities to understand how urban-regional planning through tourism is differentiated and unevenly, following the webs of political and economic relations existing in the actual construction of the Northeast. In other words, and at the same time creating new ones - in the Brazilian Northeast.
