The practice assistential of nursing vividly in intensive care unit after surgery constacted that it was being done without follow any theoric reference to embase íts knowledge, and this reality contributes to distantiament of the nurse ffom the scientific principies that conduct theier atuation. The study was developmened with the objective to aplicat the nursing process fundamented in the Theory of the Iluman Needs Basics of Wanda Horta, with miocardio revascularizated. Was development a exploratory-descriptive study, have being followed ten pacients revascularizated durim theier permanence in intensive care unit. The collect happened among June and December of 2000 in a public hospital of Fortaleza in Ceara. Was utilized like a instrumenct the Nursing Historie, that possibilited to identified the problems that served of base from the planejament of cares. The identified problems and the respective necessities were associated to nursing phenomenon from the Alfa Version of the International Classifícation of the Nursing Practice. Were elaborated too the diary care plan and the evolution ofnursing. At the end of this study, was concluded that the application of the stages Historie, Diagnose, care Plan and Evolution from the Nursing Process ofHorta are viable in intensive care unit, because contributes for the improvement to the qualit ofnursing care developmened witli miocardio revascularizated. |
