Resumo: |
This thesis aims to analyze the taxation of labor in public works budgets of the State of Ceará. A comparison was made between budgets with hourly payment and monthly wages, based on Ceará tables of SEINFRA. To have parametric conditions, data from all public works paid by the State Government during the period from 2015 to 2018 were used. The analysis shows that with the change in the tax regime of budgets, the state government could have saved 6.41% of the amount pa id in the period, equivalent to approximately R$67 million per year. |
