Social responsibility in higher education institutions is a reality present in Brazil and in the world. Even unconsciously as SR actions, they are intrinsic to educational activities and there is no dissociation, either in curricular activities, extracurricular, extension and also in the relationship with stakeholders. Enforcement, tireless hover in the world of sefor more, with the best of the world, fairer and more harmonic. Vocational training is ethically and socially responsible, and this quantitative study, with an empirical approach, has the general objective of analyzing the influence of SR on the satisfaction and freedom of the students of an HEI. A theoretical approach is based on concepts of social responsibility in higher education institutions in Brazil and the world, as well as concepts of consumer satisfaction and freedom. The methodological standards are put into six stages and the waiting model, as a result achieved, achieve the goal and greater visibility for discretion on the theme social responsibility. |
