Based on concepts of skills, knowledge and competencies and on the relationship of professional certification process aimed at developing the skills necessary to carry out activities, this case study investigates the contribution of the formative process of professional certification ANBID for the development of individual skills daily required in worse environment according to the perceptions of employees in the segment of capital market from BNB. Professional certifications have been inserted by organizations as a powerful qualification tool which allows dealing with according to the specificities of each segment of work. For the survey data and further analysis a questionnaire was constructed with topics related to general purpose and specific objectives of the research, analyzed using the software Statistic. The list of powers contained in the report was compiled by the composition and consolidation of the theme in the literature. According to data gathered in the survey it was found that professional certification has provided the employees with knowledge on the topics of capital markets necessary to carry out day-to-day activities, but that the skills and attitudes were not developed in the evolution of certification. For the studied company, the subject of case study, this research has provided subsidies for the listing of competencies (knowledge, skills and attitudes) required to perform the activities of the segment of capital markets and may be used for various purposes such as selection, compensation, performance evaluation, among others. |
