This work aims to identify the competitive strategies used in the tourist trading by the local produtive arragements in Jericoacoara. The metodolology adopted was the qualitative reseach, which incorporates the exploratory and descriptive field. The theoretical references reports on a study on strategies, competitiveness, the local productive arrangements and the tourism. The technique used to collect the data was made with the local actors to describe the Jericoacoara LPA. The quetionnaires answered by the companies suggest some aspects related to the competitiveness.It was used the stratification method which determine some elements of the tourist trading in the Jericoacoara in the following segments: hotels, food and beverages, transportations and tourist outing, trading and tourist outing, trading and tourist services. This work verified that the LPA in Jericoacoara is at the beginning due the existence of some critical aspects that must be worked as following: the organizational culture development, the learning facility, the governess implementation and finally, the labor qualification. We conclude withain analysis of the competitiveness in LPA the following data: the foreigners are powerful customers, the supliers don´t have any power in the negotiation, it doesn´t exist berriers in the exit and non substitute awareness. The results revealed that the companies use different kind of strategies emerged from organizational life promoted by the perception of each company has about his own action in the environent in certain stage of the cycle of life. |
