Resumo: |
The coitus interruptus it is a worldwide practice, with estimated prevalence about 38 million couples per year. Deaf people confront a communicative barrier, which hinders access their knowledge about sexual and reproductive health. Dissemination of accessible information on the subjects is one of the elements that contribute to reviewed some taboos and, consequently, its exercise being possible, healthy and safe. Nursing has used assistive technologies for this public to promote health actions in the various educational settings. The objective was to construct accessible educational video roadmap for deaf people about the using of coitus interruptus, as well to validate a validation instrument of educational content. It is an assistive technology development study, elaborate in the period from February to December 2016, in the Laboratory of Communication in Health of the Nursing Department of the Federal University of Ceará. Five content experts, three video education instructional technicians participated, eleven in health and education area for validation measurement instruments. Data obtained were organized in Excel and analyzed by SPSS software. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used through absolute, relative and intraclass correlation coefficients. Study approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Ceará under opinion 1,520,285. About the overall rating of the video roadmap, was considered valid by all experts. It can be seen that both content experts and technicians have approved with modifications. Among the modifications suggested, there was an increase of updated and complete information about the proposed theme; replacement of technical terms by colloquial language; modification of script title; reduction of explanatory, expositive scenes and, consequently, an increase in the dynamism of the dialogues; and removal of reportage scenes. With regard to the Instrument of Validation of Educational Content, composed of three domains, namely objectives, structure and presentation and relevance, it was considered validated (ICC 0.877, p <0.001). In addition, the total instrument items presented good internal reliability regarding their domains. Thus, an Educational Content Validation Tool was considered a valid tool to be used in processes to guide the elaboration and validation of educational contents reliably. It is concluded that the construction of educational video roadmap as an assistive technology for the deaf contributes to the understanding of the coitus interruptus, being feasible and necessary to this population. |
