Resumo: The present study clescribes the search undertaken In the undesrstanding of the sen.se of care of nursing studenfs for the sick person. Martin Heidegger existentíal phenomenology was used, based in his work Being and time for the reache of understanding. From the speeches interpretation were apprehended the following meanings: To fear the care of Lhe nursing student: shimmering a rnenacé, the teacher in the binomial student-sick person, the sick person living the nursing studenfs care, the establishment of the. relaíionship nursing student and sick person and summing up the being-with. through the care, that pointfor the not authentic way that the sick person lives the nursing studenfs care. Involved by the fear and the menace that this care, a lot of times represents, the sick person throw hands of his pre-understanding ori the nursing studenfs care as way of moving away the demage possibility. Even so, for the fact ofhis relationship with the nursing studentovercome the care only gone back to doing, reaches with this a way being- with, that facilitates him the ransom ofhis identity as person of the hospital's indifference. There is, still. in this study the concern in looking for optional ways that consolídate the way of linking, so much in the att.end.ance, as in the nursing teaching.
