Resumo: |
Since the approval in Brazil of Law Nº 13.429 / 17, the unrestricted outsourcing has been a mechanism of precariousness of working conditions and of the workers, reverberating on education and educators. This research examines the interconnections between outsourcing and contra-reform of education as neoliberal responses to the capital crisis. The general objective of the research is to analyze the outsourcing of work and its impact on education in the context of the contra-reform of the State. To understand the neoliberal perspective on these changes, the texts of Bruno Leoni, Frédéric Bastiat, Fredrich Hayek, Milton Friedman and Ludwing von Mises, among others, are used. The thinking of these authors is confronted with Marxian and Marxist theory and concrete reality. The methodology used to examine the object is the bibliographical research, which relies on renowned scholars of contemporaneous capitalism and educational policy; and documentary research that examines the main legal contributions of outsourcing in Brazil. The dissertation has three chapters: the first deals with work in the creation of man, relations between men and with nature; still describes the processes of productive restructuring in contemporaneous capitalism. The second part deals with outsourcing, its conceptual, historical and legal contributions; and examines the neoliberal perspectives for the State and Legislation. Finally, we consider the influence of outsourcing of work on education. The critical perspective is anchored in Karl Marx, Frederick Engels and his interpreters, with highlight to Antônio Gramsci. |
