Resumo: The theme of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is increasingly relevant in the contemporary context, where companies are pressured to give an account of their activities to a wide range of stakeholders. Generally, CSR is studied as a way of measuring the reflections that the company has in society, for example, his image to market. However, it is made so as not to be attributed to the subject the appropriate relevance to the workforce, inclusive about their engagement. The present study aims to investigate the relationships between the perception of corporate social responsibility practices and internal organizational commitment. As a parameter for the internal practices of social responsibility, we adopted the indicators proposed by the Ethos Institute for Business and Social Responsibility, related to the subject internal public which consists of sub-themes: dialogue and participation, respect for the individual and decent work (ETHOS Institute, 2012). Whit regard to the issue of corporate social responsibility, the work relies on Melo Neto and Froes (1999, 2001), Furtado and Pena (2006) and Tenorio (2006). On the subject of organizational commitment, we considered the affective, normative and instrumental dimensions, as proposed by Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993). Regarding this issue, we used as references Bastos (1993), Borges- Andrade (2002), Tomei (1994) and Milk (2008). This work is classified, methodologically, as an exploratory and descriptive study, qualitative and quantitative in nature. It is also of character bibliographic, documental and field, conducted through a case study in a company's wind energy sector of Ceará. The instruments of collect used were documents, interviews semi-structured and closed questionnaire. The data analysis techniques employed were: categorization and content analysis, in the qualitative phase, and, for the quantitative phase, it was used descriptive statistics to measure the perception of Internal Social Responsability (ISR) and the dimensions of organizational commitment, as well as a correlation test to measure the existence of significant correlation between the two issues, using, for this purpose, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results show that the company studied is in a stage of basic shares Internal Social Responsibility. That is, the company is located just in reactive level as the legal requirements. It was also the predominance of the affective dimension of organizational commitment. This result is very positive, considering that demonstrates that employees feel pride and desire to remain with the company as well as identify and are involved in the organization. Finally, it was found that Social responsibility practices internal in relation to Decent Work, positively influence the generation of commitment instrumental in the company researched. That is, the actions regarding the remuneration policy, benefits and career, health care, safety and working conditions, commitment to professional development and employability; behavior in layoffs, and preparing for retirement can make employees perceive that in other companies would not find better job in terms of what is defined as decent work.
