At the edge of a giant young river in the middle of the brazilian Amazon rainforest, a paved glade agonizes between cycles of exploration that resound in more than a century of formation. Porto Velho, capital of the state of Rondônia, is marked by profound socio-environmental problems that, because they seem rooted in their history, tend to perpetuate themselves. As a possibility for reflection on these issues and resignification of this context are the urban art actions, recently inscribed with the parts that compose this city-landscape. Considering these events, the present study focuses on an analysis of the affects that the productions in urban art (whether of my own or others and other artists) cause in the Portovelhese landscapes and how the various elements of this place-organism also affect and instigate the existence of poetic actions in public spaces. Because it is an art research with experimental characteristics, the perspective of the somatic-performative approach (FERNANDES, 2014) was indispensable for the conceptual and methodological support of this art-research proposal. Throughout this work are present the discussions that contextualize it, in dialogue with urban interventions, its political notion in line with AZEVEDO (2013) and CAMPBELL (2015), as well as the participation of other researchers fundamental for the development of the arguments. That integrate this text-creation that has reflected in its format and structure, its contents and understandings. |
