Resumo: The preoccupation with care dates back to the ancient times having passed through different types of perceptions over time. At present, we are looking for a management of care aimed at the adequate assistance to the patient, according to their needs and with the guarantee of an integral care during the whole course of the patient whether at the level of primary or hospital care. The Care Lines are the design of this trajectory. Objective: to build the line of care for women victims of sexual violence in the Maternity-School Assis Chateaubriand. Methodology: Descriptive study, where all the necessary steps are taken to construct care lines: Mapping the main organizational processes; Choice of care line; Workshop planning and participant selection; Definition of the elements in the line; Process modeling using Bizagi® software. Outcome: 9 workshops were carried out, of which 4 generated the line of care of the victim of sexual violence after immediate aggravation and the interruption of gestation due to rape, where the doors of entry were defined, the role of each professional in the patient's itinerary and the necessary articulations with the various assistance sectors of the institution. Conclusion: The construction of a care line in whatever area is of extreme value to all involved. Demand interaction and discussion among the various professions that at some point, always obligatorily interact in favor of the patient. And its design brings the possibility of teaching the singularity and the integrality of the assistance, involving in a single act, the care and the teaching..
