The present research investigates the contribution of the Family-School relationship in the Education and Learning process, from the perspective of a Citizen Formation, in a Child Education Center of the Municipality of Fortaleza. This was developed in Infant IV, which covers children aged between 4 and 5 years old. It is a qualitative, descriptive, explanatory and semi-structured research, where we use the case study as a design, as well as the conception of dialectical historical materialism, since we use subjectivity to give voice to the subjects. The text is structured in an Introduction and in three interdependent topics: The first deals with the relationship between the Family-School; the second has as its theme Education, Learning and Citizen Training and the third deals with the analysis of the data found. The theoretical framework is composed of works by theorists who deal with the subject, such as Delgado (2006), Enguita (1989), Freire (1984, 1987, 1993), Oliveira e Marinho-Araújo (2010), Prado (2011), Piaget (1984, 2007), Vygotsky (1988), Witter (2011), Romanelli e Zago (2000), Mogarro e Matins (2008), among others. This research explains how education and learning in the most varied spaces of coexistence influence the formation of the subject and the construction of the individual. Having these as one of the central pillars for citizen training, where a partnership between the Family and the School becomes necessary. First, a bibliographic research was carried out and then a field research with the parents/guardians of the student, the pedagogical coordinator and the teachers, to obtain the results. In order to reach these, we find out how the following guidelines occur: How the relationship between school and family, education and learning takes place and how they contribute to a citizen formation. At the end of this research, we obtained enlightening answers about the Family-School relationship in the Education and Learning process for a citizen education in the early childhood education center under study. Therefore, we conclude that the Family and School relationship is of fundamental importance, given that, both institutions are part of children's lives, which are an environment for socialization and consequently the union of both favors the process of Education and Learning in the perspective of a citizen formation. |
