The theme of this study refers to the activy of sexuality renal cronic human being. This is a discriptive study which follow the qualitative and phenomenological aproach. Through the declaration of these patients, guided by: “WHAT IS SEXUALITY FOR YOU, AND HOW DO YOU LIVE ST?” From the statement, we traced a general structure of the phenomenon, through ideographic and nomotetic analysis, it let us understand the meaning of sexuality, for chronic human being. According to the statement, sexuality is sex, a human necessity, a way of expressing that. Sexuality is important in life and that their sexuality was altered with renal disease and then, they developed feelings like: sedness, fear, suffering and hope. Little importance was given to this refered subject and patients presented sugestions to this. The understanding makes posible the creation of a future under holistic point of view.
