Process Management, in a simplified conception, is a way to manage and transform current activities. It aims to promote improvements and optimize the processes involved in generating results, through the identification, standardization, institutionalization and control of work processes. Any initiative aimed at improving Process Management that does not take into account the organization's strategic objectives, may be spending energy, time and money on something that will not bring the expected and necessary results. It takes careful work, based on solid concepts, to synchronize strategy, people and processes. In this work, we will approach the perspective of the BPM CBOK (Business Process Management Book of Knowledge), which is a set of procedures, actions and criteria, guided by work methodologies and normally supported by systems and promote constant improvement of each organization's process. Following the steps of CBOK and observing several other manuals and books referring to Process Management, we standardize the methodology in 8 (eight) distinct and necessary steps to achieve the strategic objectives of It is a roadmap for the implementation of Process Management in SEFIN, where we use as a case of use: use of management tools by process in the sector of the Fiscal Plantation of the Secretary of Finance in the Municipal of Fortaleza. The purpose is to suggest a methodology that creates deep roots in the organization, incorporating itself into the routine of everyday life and not as something temporary, but that remains and is part of the modern management mechanisms of the Organization. |
