Resumo: The aim of this work is to describe the general aspects of scientific semiosis through a semiotic theory (or language theory). For this purpose, we used the semiotic theory of Greimas (1956, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1979, 1993, 2014), Saussure (2004, 2008), Hjelmslev (1991, 2013), Zilberberg (2011), Fontanille and Zilberberg (2001), which, according to the paradigmatic developed by us, is situated on the axis of immanence. We defend throughout the thesis that the objects or phenomena of scientific semiosis are: 1) products of the immanence regime of its semiotic form – expression plane and content plane –, and 2) products established by a subject of knowledge (or subject logical) that gathers and operates such language plans based on an adequate instance of theory and data operationalization. We show that the operations of production of differences elaborated by each scientific semiosis are based on its own structure of meaning, thus creating a semantic microuniverse with its own contents, as well as the pertinence of an autonomously constituted object. We conclude that scientific semiosis manifests itself as a stabilized operation of meaning (direction); a theoretically-methodologically oriented production of differences; a particular and stabilized articulation of the language planes constituting its own signs; a sedimentation of an enunciative instance (adequate) of scientific vocation; a methodologically oriented process of internal object referencing.
