Resumo: |
The judicial system currently occupies, in contemporary democracies, a prominent position among public institutions, responsible for resolving conflicts between people, whether physical or legal. Thus, in order to guarantee citizens' rights, it is essential that the Brazilian judiciary act with proficiency. Therefore, based on the principle of efficiency in Public Administration, we aim to identify and measure the capacity to solve the lawsuit demand in the state courts of justice through the linear optimization method Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) between the years 2009 and 2017, as well as identifying the models to be followed and the relationship of similarities between the units studied, identifying which are similar and which stand out positively and negatively. |
