Suporte organizacional, comprometimento e desempenho na perspectiva de servidores tecnicos-administrativos em uma Instituição Federal de Ensino Superior

Resumo: The complexity of the organizations, associated to the globalization of the economy, has influenced the relations of work and affected the feeling of well-being. Before this scenery, this research had as objective to analyze the relation between the links of organizational support, commitment and performance. Organizational support has been approached by researchers as a predictor of desirable behaviors, among these behaviors, organizational commitment and job performance stand out. As to the methodology used, it deals a quantitative research of the type survey. The data were collected through Google Forms, counted a sample of 91 technical-administrative servers in education. Besides socio-professional questions, the questionnaire included the Organizational Support Perception Scale, the Organizational Commitment Scale, with three dimensions and the General Work Performance Scale. For data analysis were used descripive statistics (measures of central tendency and frequency distribution) and multivariate analysis (exploratory factor analysis and linear regression). The results of the organizational support show a predominance of the dimensions of performance management and material support to work from the perspective of the respondents. The support organizational has showed up how predictor of the affectionate and normative dimensions, in less frequency, predictor of the instrumental dimension of the commitment. After performed the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin and Bartlett's Sphericity tests, verify high correlations between the dimensions of organizational support and the perception of job performance. There stand out still the strategic advantages that the human factor assumes in the public institutions in the present. Based on the results obtained, it is expected to contribute to studies in the scope of People Management and Organizational Development. In relation to the investigated organization sets up as a diagnostic study, contributing with information that supports managers in their policies and actions aimed at the institution servers
