Resumo: The growing demand for the use of technologies in the most diverse scenarios opens countless possibilities, especially in the educational field. In this context, Digital Educational Resources (RED) emerge, digital materials in different types and formats that can be used in the school context. With the growing number of RED available, it is also necessary to know the quality and pedagogical potential inherent to digital resources through a categorization process known as Digital Curation (CD), which is for teaching purposes. Thus, the present study developed a Digital Curation Guide (GCD), through a curation proposal, with search, evaluation and selection parameters for RED for Elementary Education incorporated into the Athena Repository and Referatory. The proposal was validated by a group of 4 elementary school Mathematics teachers and a computer laboratory assistant in a public school in the city of Fortaleza – CE. The research was exploratory in nature and used a multi-referential approach, through qualitative analysis. The methodological actions were distributed in three stages: 1) The elaboration of a Digital Curation (CD) proposal, for teaching purposes present in the literature; 2) Validation of the digital curation model by elementary school teachers and 3) Development of a Digital Curation Guide (GCD) that was incorporated into the Athena Repository. The results point to good acceptance of the proposal by teachers, who indicated the ease of use and the importance of the parameters of the curation proposal for the selection and evaluation of RED. The availability of the GCD will allow the proposal to be used by a greater number of teachers and contribute to an increase in the use of RED in teachers' pedagogical practice.
