Resumo: The culture of pepper (Capsicum annum L.) has a high commercial value in Brazil and the use of biostimulation favors increases in plant development of this vegetable. The Agrostemin® is a bio-stimulant composed of 4% of plant extract concentrated lyophilized Agrostemma githago L. mixed with 96% magnesium silicate. The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of plant extract Agrostemma githago L. in cultivating chili Dahra R Sakata. The experiment was set up inside a greenhouse in the farm in the municipality of Goiânia Iranduba - AM. The experimental design was arandomized block with four replications. The treatments consisted of application time with product Agrostemin® (30g/ha-1) dose applied to seedlings two days before the transplant, and four treatments after transplanting (5, 15, 30, 5 + 30 days), plus control, six treatments. For the vegetative components were evaluated average plant height (cm),diameter of plant (mm) and root length (cm) and root dry matter (g). For variables of yield components were evaluated fruit number and average fruit weight, it is calculated productivity (kg / plot), and fruit quality, length (FL), diameter (DF) and flesh thickness. The results indicated that the effects of application time showed variable number of fruits higher values in the application performed with 5 +30 (five + thirty) days and productivity treatments with application 5 + 30 (five + thirty) days and Treatment with five (5) days, showed the best results. In the variable weight of fruit was no significant difference in the analysis of variance, the same result was followed by variable length and thickness of the pulp was observed only difference in diameter, treatment with application of plant growth regulator with 5 + 30 (thirty five +) showed the best result. Plant height, treatment with 15 (fifteen) days showed values higher, but not statistically different from other treatments with the extract, since the diameter of the trees showed better performance in the application to treatment with 5 + 30 (five+ thirty. For root characteristics, treatments with two (2) fifteen (15) 5 + 30 (five + thirty), showed the best performance for root length, and dry-matter recorded the best values for the treatment application with fifteen (15) days. The application time biostimulating Agrostemin ® showed positive effects on growth and development in sweet pepper plants.
