Resumo: |
The objective of this research is to understand how the “Slam da Quentura” produces health and to identify the perception that youth participating in the movement have in relation to health and their needs, taking into account the Family Health Strategy. It is about relating youth and marginal health promotion, highlighting the aspects historically constructed in cultural, political, economic and social relations in the lives of those who compose the “Slam da Quentura”. The research was descriptive, exploratory and of a qualitative approach, characterized by an investigation of the possible impacts of cultural movements on the health of the young people involved. In this sense, in addition to semi-structured interview techniques, there was Participant Observation and Ethnography as methodological tools to assist in further research. In addition, field diaries were used. Data analysis was done through discursive analysis, anchored mainly in the view of Orlandi, Foucault and Bakhtin, using this mechanism to ascertain the powers in the speeches of the informants in interviews and also in their poetry. Thirteen interviews were conducted with slammers, poets, MCs and members of the “Slam da Quentura” organization and the research was based on their speeches, because each subject has unique experiences related to each agenda addressed in the interviews and dialogues undertaken. Thus, the responses obtained made up a unique and pioneering material, expanding the understanding of health and highlighting the importance of promoting spaces for listening and manifestations of the most diverse arts, including marginal and peripheral art. These actions must start from the people who desire them, that is, they must be built with themselves and not drawn by a bio-necropolitical hierarchy, which commands and demands in the bodies of minorities, undermining each step and each choice, curtailing the freedom of choice , killing the rights of each subject. The study indicates the need to research more about the peripheries, the black and impoverished youths, but not in a perspective of subjection and passivity, pointing only to inequalities, restrictions and needs, but in the sense of drawing evidence of inhabitants of the periphery as protagonists, socially active, artists and cultural producers, pointing out poetic languages of literacy and re-existences, which occupy certain spaces, producing health. Finally, in order to produce a transformative praxis, it is necessary to have a deconstructed view of health, periphery and marginal poetry and health researchers must outline historical, cultural, dynamic, revolutionary and dialectical. |
