The present work shows, in a critical way, how nuances and legislative changes in the ankle lead transport to social law, in order to highlight its importance over the years, as well as reflect on the challenges caused by new modes of transport. available, especially those that demand applications that are provided to technology. As reflections on this legislative evolution pass through the national level, being demonstrated its principles, guidelines and objectives, however, the feature of work cut gives more focused way to the modal bus in the city of Fortaleza / CE. An explanation is made about this public policy associated with its inherent costs. Finally, we intend to face the current context of the introduction of new technologies in the available modes of transport and their consequences, which are directly reflected in the sustainability and in the way that this modal relates to a city and uses them of technology for the development of current crisis. A methodology used was the bibliographic and documentary nature, with a chronological and descriptive analysis on transport, urban mobility, public policies, based on which the requests identified as setbacks and discredit or exposed model are innovative. The objective of the record is to trace an overview of what happened in the special bus mode in the last decade, which occurred in a crisis that is now seen with an arrival and the impact of the new technologies available, as well as the pros and cons in these resistances thus and in the improvement and effectiveness of transport as a social right. |
