The mobility in the town that present a relief delineated slopes, like at Crato, city that stay in the south of Ceará, requires a more opening of the reviews about the interventions that need to be incremented for that incongruities, that became urban when the city grown up, don’t became a kind of limit of the right of mobility of residents. The Chapada Nacional do Araripe like a coefficient of influence in the morphological and climatic conditions of this town, as its geographic location, made it a place of a politic history in the occupancy of this territory, which until today is once of the city of Região Metropolitana do Cariri, that make a polarization within scope that, in any specificities, extrapolating the state of Ceará. This polarization attracted economic investments, publics and privates, that associated to natural conditions, to promote a increasein the number of residents and, consequently demand for transportation, home, education, healthy and others social requirements, including that are more directed rom people with deficiency that assume, more emphatically, their role in this social group, and require a city that embrace them too, with emphasis to sidewalks, which the town goes to the street and meet itself.
