Resumo: With increasing competition between companies operating in the Construction market, it tried to lower the costs to achieve a higher profit. One of the viable solutions is the pursuit of the integration with the materials considered strategic vendors such as components "blocks" used for masonry. In order to analyze the integration between the manufacturing plant and a construction in the city of Fortaleza, through the identification of physical flows' management characteristics, a total of four constructions, all in masonry execution phase, two performed with ceramic components and two performed with concrete components, were evaluated. The same amount of manufacturer was used in the study: two specific for cerami c components and concrete components for the remaining. Each construction had already established a partnership with a valued manufacturer. At the end, it suggests some guidelines for the preparation of an inventory of projects for masonry, directly contri buting to the rationalization of displacement, facilitating the flow of materials and contributing to a increased professional productivity, reducing also the waste materials , equipment and labor, and providing greater control of the components. Pallets w ith small size (0.60 m x 0.60 m), implemented in plants and delivered in the constructions, facilitate the displacement inside the construction site, avoiding losses during the moving process.
