Professores do ensino básico e as ações de educação em saúde em duas escolas públicas de Fortaleza

Resumo: The school constitutes a precious space of health promotion in children and adolescents, because the majority of the social relations and learning in these ages is into school environment Therefore, the teacher is the central actor of this process stimulated in proposals as Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN), Program Scholar Health and Promotional Health Schools, Aiming to stand out the Health Education importance in space, with the teacher as central element, appeared the interest in realize this study, which objective to identify in the pedagogical proposal of two public schools of Fortaleza, the conceptions and action about Health Education. The methodology of this study was based on the qualitativo perspective, having as research method the etnografy. As focus of orientatíon, we use the Diversíty and Universality Cultural of the Care Theory by Madeleine Leininger. The data was collected in the perspective of model O-P-R (Observation -Participation - Reasoning) of Leininger. Informing generalities had been considered all teachers and dírection professionals of both the schools. The informer-key was teachers of fundamental education, who resolved participate of research, and they consisted in 13 persons, For the resutts analysís, we used the Sunríse Model and followed the theory proposals phases. The central impediments for Health Education in the teachers perspective was: the physical space inadequate of the school; conflicts in the relation teacher/student; few participation of the family and community. These factors are associates the low wages and incompatible hours of working with the activities, beyond the lack of time in the conventional school resumes. In the observation and interviews, was perceived that although to have an annual planníng of the curricular activities that enclose the subject, it wasn’t developed. Moreover, the teacher had demonstrated a health biological Vision that difficult promotional health actions. As conclusion, the necessity of the interdisciplínary work was perceived as starting point for education health implementation in the schools, requiring the participation of diverse elements of the society, also of the nurse, in search of the operating consciences construction and in the context of the amplest health concept.
