Resumo: This research aimed to analyze the main causes of resistance to e-Learning in Corporate Education with a focus on generational groups Baby Boomers, X and Y. The relevance of this issue is due to the context in which corporations are located, where the understanding regarding the subject of differences between the generations is an important tool for managers of contemporary organizations and can be used to create greater productivity, innovation and minimize resistance to e-Learning in Corporate Education of its workforce. It started from the hypothesis that there is a difference between the dimensions of resistance to e-learning among the generational groups Baby Boomers, X and Y. It was also observed that the generation Baby Boomers resistance to e-learning is predominantly linked to the dimensions: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, internal communication and interactivity. As a hypothesis also had to: generation X in the resistance to e-learning is predominantly linked to the dimensions, facilitating conditions, self-efficacy and expectation of effort and that the generation Y resistance is predominantly linked to the dimensions, facilitating conditions and resistance to the EAD EC. Was used as the theoretical basis for a survey on the issues, e-learning, corporate education, resistance to e-learning and generational groups. The methodology used was the application of a survey in a group of 185 individuals who answered a questionnaire composed of 34 statements grouped into seven constructs. The results indicate no significant difference between the dimensions that cause resistance to EAD in EC, partially confirming the hypotheses.
