The Auriculotherapy is one of the Integrative and Complementary Practices (PICs) that is included in the ancient techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and that aims to bring energy balance in man. When developing activities with Auriculotherapy in the Family Health Strategy (FHS), we understand that it is possible to associate nursing care and guidance with auricular therapy. Thus, there was an interest in contributing to our area of work as a nurse, increasing the bond with the elderly people who are assisted in the program for people with diabetes and hypertension, combining nursing care and Auricular therapy, since these patients make use of , mostly, of polimedicamentos and need alternatives for the prolonged treatment. present study aims to identify the effects of Auriculotherapy as nursing care for the elderly who are already registered in the Diabetes and Hypertension Program in a Basic Unit of the Family Health Strategy (ESF). 359 at UAPS Eliezer Studart, at CORES III, in the city of Fortaleza - Ceará. This study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Ceará, with CAA. The objective of this study is to carry out nursing research-care with the use of auriculotherapy with seeds with increased vibrational frequency acting to promote the health of the elderly. E No. 11864919.0.0000.5054 and under the opinion No. 3,416,779, on June 26, 2019. After 10 weeks of follow-up and systematic care, we found the effects of the application of auriculotherapy in these elderly patients, who had multiple complaints and had metabolic and blood pressure changes, who all said well-being, more tranquility, improved sleep, pain and even vertigo and tinnitus. . It was noticed that the use of seeds with increased energy frequency in the points: shen men, kidney, spleen, liver, endocrine, San jian (triple heater) favored well-being, improving complaints. The auxiliary points of the complaints were placed at first, but after the initial symptoms came out, and in this case it is assumed that there was an expansion of the vibrational energy of the seeds and an amplification of the effect on the points. According to Cordeiro (2019) the seeds prepared with radionic technique have 250MHz, evaluated in the Bovis Binomial graph and promote a pain reduction effect with the use of kidney points in these visits. With respect to these data, we concluded that a change would be necessary in eating habits and more time in educational activities and physical activities. All the elderly stated that there was a decrease in the use of analgesic medications, thus reducing costs and iatrogenic problems caused by excess drug in patients with chronic diseases. The professional nurse has a fundamental role in the process of care and management of this care in relation to the elderly and their family, the use of Auriculotherapy as care and a holistic approach, for Nursing Care Systematization (SAE), promoted the approach and knowledge of this patient in the use of PICs, showing positive and effective results in this process, using a technique created by a nurse, which increases the quality of the care process with low cost auriculotherapy for SUS patients in the Family Health Strategy.
